What this is for
When the customer says yes, accept the quote to create a job. Everything carries over — the items, the pricing, the project and logistics — so nothing is re-typed and the job is ready to run.
Before you start
- The quote has been sent and the customer has said yes.
Step by step
- 1
Open the sent quote and scroll to its actions.

Press Mark as accepted, then confirm 'Accept and create job' in the 'Accept quote and create job?' dialog.

The quote's items, pricing and project details come with it, and you land on the new job (use View job to return to it any time).
Tips & gotchas
- Accept as soon as it is won — the job then shows up for scheduling and the floor without extra data entry.
