What this is for
The Review & send page is your last look before it goes out — see every line, the project logistics and the total, then send a branded PDF to the customer.
Step by step

Open Review everything first ▸ from the Build quote step to reach the Review & send page.

Check the full quote — every line, the project logistics and the total. Use Breakdown on a line to see how it was priced.

If your shop has more than one brand profile, choose the Brand profile on PDF.
- 4
Press Send quote and confirm 'Send this quote?' — it sends the branded PDF and marks the revision sent.
Tips & gotchas
- To tweak pricing, adjust each line's Markup on the Build quote step, or use 'Round the total to the nearest…' there — pricing locks once the quote is sent.
- The PDF branding comes from Settings → Appearance and your document templates.
