What this is for
The jobs list is every live job in the shop. Learn to read it and to navigate a single job — its steps, files, paperwork and money side all live on the one job page.
Step by step

Open Jobs from the sidebar to see all current jobs and their status.

Search or filter to find a job, then open it.

Inside a job the work is split across tabs — Details, Production, Dispatch, Purchasing, Accounts and Files.
Tips & gotchas
- The job page is the single source of truth for a job — everyone works from it, so keep it up to date.
