Help/HR & Safety/Hire someone with ReAct's help

Hire someone with ReAct's help

Job openings, resumes, and ReAct's read of each one against the job.

What this is for

List what the job needs, drop in the resumes you've been sent, and ReAct reads each one against those requirements: what's met, what's missing, and questions worth asking at interview. It never ranks anyone or makes the call. The decision is always yours.

What is on this screen

Each part of the screen above, top to bottom, and what changing it affects.

Tips & gotchas

  • →Before ReAct reads a resume, the name, contact details, age, gender, family, background, religion, health, sexuality and politics are taken out. It never ranks or recommends anyone, and anything in its answer that does is removed.
  • →A requirement about a protected detail, like age or family, is refused, and ReAct never checks it.
  • →Job applicants may not be covered by the employee records exemption in the Privacy Act, so unsuccessful candidates are deleted after your keeping period. Check what suits you with the OAIC or your adviser.
  • →If ReAct can't read a resume, open it and read it yourself.
