Do an induction
Go through each screen in order, answer the questions, and sign.
What this is for
When you're given an induction you get a message. You go through each screen in order, tick I understand, answer any question, and sign at the end. It saves as you go, so you can stop and come back.

My inductions
- To do · Overdue · Done
- What you've been given, anything past its due date, and what's signed and on your file.
- Start → · Carry on →
- Opens the induction where you left off.
Doing it
- Screen N of M and the progress bar
- Where you're up to.
- The screen
- The heading, a picture, video or PDF, and the text.
- Check question
- Pick an answer. A wrong one takes you back to the top of the screen to have another look.
- I understand · ← · Next
- Tick I understand on every screen to carry on. You can always go back.
- Sign to finish
- Tick that you've been through every screen, sign with your finger and press Sign.
Before you start
- You've been given an induction, or sent a link to one.
Step by step

Open HR & Safety → My inductions, or the link in your message, and press Start.

Read each screen. Watch any video to the end: you can't skip it forward or speed it up.

Answer the question if there is one, tick I understand, and press Next.
- 4
On the last step, tick the box, sign and press Sign. It's recorded on your file with the version and today's date.

A contractor or visitor does the same from their link, without logging in. The shop gets the signed induction.
Tips & gotchas
- You can stop part-way and carry on later from the same screen.
- Visitor links work for 30 days. If it says the link has run out or isn't active, ask the shop for a new one.
- If the induction changes, you may be asked to do it again. Anyone part-way through starts again on the new version.
