Add premade products to a quote

What this is for
The quickest way to quote is straight from your catalogue. Pick a product, set the size and quantity, and Sign OS prices it instantly using your materials, machines, labour and margin.
Before you start
- You have built the products you want to quote (Catalogue → Products).
Step by step
- 1
On the Build quote step, use the Add a line section — search a product or pick one from the browsable list below.

On the line's editor set the size (or pick a Common size) and the Qty.

Click Calculate to price the line, then use Back to quote lines. Add as many lines as the job needs.

When the lines are done, press Send quote — or open Review everything first to check it before sending.
Tips & gotchas
- If the same product is slightly different this time, add it then tweak the line — you do not need a new product for every variation.
