Before you start

  • •You have set your Shop hours & calendar so the schedule is realistic.

    Open Production from the sidebar — it lands on the Timeline.

  2. 2

    Read the board: each job sits on the days and departments it needs.

  3. 3

    Click a job bar to open the job; the board respects your working hours and closures.

  4. 4

    Use it to see where you are overloaded before you promise a new deadline.
