Print the job sheet & SWMS
The shop-floor run sheet and the safety paperwork, as PDFs.
What this is for
A job sheet is the paperwork that goes to the floor — what to make, in what sizes, with what materials. A SWMS is the safe work method statement for installs. Both generate as branded PDFs from the job.
Step by step

Open the job and click Job sheet in the header (or Open full job sheet → on the Production tab) to build the shop-floor job sheet.

For install work, open the Dispatch tab and click Open SWMS → to draft the safety document.

To get the PDFs, use the Job actions More menu — View or Download job sheet PDF, and View or Download SWMS PDF — then print or send as needed.
Tips & gotchas
- The layout and branding of these PDFs come from your document templates (Documents → Document templates).
