What this is for
Web orders are the jobs that arrive through your online store. This is where you review them and turn them into quotes or jobs, so online demand flows straight into your normal workflow.
Step by step
- 1
Open Web orders from the sidebar to see what has come in.
- 2
Review each row — the customer, product and total, with a status showing whether it has been paid.
- 3
On a paid order click Accept as quote to turn it into a quote and bring it into your normal flow, or Cancel to dismiss it.
Tips & gotchas
- Check web orders daily so nothing sits unactioned — they are real customers waiting.
