The job traveler
The run sheet that follows a job through the shop.
What this is for
The traveler is the job sheet that travels with the job — its steps, sizes and details — so anyone on the floor can pick it up and know exactly what to do. It carries QR codes you scan to update progress.

- Print it; its QR codes are what the floor scans. More → Print job sheet on the job prints it without opening the page.
Step by step
- 1
Open the job and press Job sheet, beside the job's tabs. This is the traveler.

Print job sheet, or View or Download the PDF, and send the printed sheet along with the work.
- 3
On the floor, scan a QR code on the printed sheet to start, pause or finish that step.
Tips & gotchas
- The job sheet and floor scanning work together: print once, then scan its QR codes to move the job along without touching a keyboard.
- With Show which job sheets have been printed on (Settings → Production → Job sheets), printing or downloading it marks the job's sheet printed, and To release shows which ones nobody has printed yet.
