See the plan you are on, change it or build your own, update payment, and download all your files.
What this is for
Your plan lives here. The page opens on the plan you are on and shows what you use against it. Pick another package, or build your own from just the parts you want, add users or storage, and see exactly what you'd add or lose before you switch.
What is on this screen
Each part of the screen above, top to bottom, and what changing it affects.
Your plan
- Plan · price a month · how it's billed · next bill
- The package you are on (or Your own plan if you built one), what it costs, and the date of your next bill. If you have cancelled, it shows the date it ends instead.
- Users · Storage bars
- How many users you have against what your plan allows, counting invites nobody has accepted yet, and how much file storage you are using. Customer, supplier and installer logins don't use up a user.
- Status — Active · Free trial · Payment overdue · Stopped
- Where your subscription stands. Payment overdue means Stripe is retrying a failed card; you keep using Sign OS while it does.
Change plan
- Monthly / Yearly (save 10%)
- How you pay. Yearly is 10% off, shown as the price a month.
- Launch · Workshop · Scale · Signature
- The four packages, with their users, storage and what each adds. Your plan is tagged Current.
- Build your own
- Core plus only the parts you tick, each at its own price. It starts with 3 users and 50 GB, like Launch. Parts cost about 20% more than they do inside a package, and the panel on the right tells you when a package has everything you ticked for less.
- Parts list
- Shows when Build your own is picked. Parts you have now are ticked and marked You have this. Some parts need another one: ticking VIP client portals ticks the web store, and the safety system ticks safety records.
- You'd add · You'd lose
- What the plan you picked adds and takes away compared with yours. If it allows fewer users than you have, it says how many to remove and the switch button stays off.
- Extra users · Extra storage
- Packs on top of the plan: $10 a month for each 10 users, and storage at $5 for each 50 GB or $15 for each 500 GB. Pick an amount and Sign OS buys the cheapest mix.
- Your new plan
- The new price a month, what you pay now, and the button to start or switch. A switch is prorated: the difference for the rest of this period goes on your next bill.
Payment and your data
- Payment and invoices
- Opens Stripe's billing page to change your card or download invoices.
- Your data · Export files
- Builds a ZIP of your job and quote files, up to 500 MB, in the background. Download it here when it says Ready.
- Cancel your subscription
- Opens Stripe, which shows the date your access ends. Export your files first if you want a copy.
Before you start
- You are signed in as an admin. Staff who have been given the file export permission see only the Your data card.
Step by step
- 1
Go to Settings → Your business → Plan & billing. Your plan, its next bill date and your users and storage are at the top.

To change package, pick its card. To pay for only what you use, pick Build your own and tick the parts you want; the parts you have now start ticked.

Pick extra users or storage if you need them, and Monthly or Yearly.

Check You'd add and You'd lose, then press the button under Your new plan. A shop already paying is switched straight away, prorated; a new shop goes to Stripe's checkout.

To take a copy of your files, press Export files under Your data and come back when it says Ready.
Tips & gotchas
- Time keeping, HR and your own email domain are no longer separate add-ons. They come with a package or as parts in Build your own.
- If you tick parts that a package holds for less, the panel says so. Packages are about 20% cheaper than the same parts.
- Storage comes as 50 GB for $5 or 500 GB for $15 a month; pick how much you want and the cheapest mix is bought.
