Help/Quoting/Take a phone enquiry on a question sheet

Take a phone enquiry on a question sheet

Ask the right questions for each type of sign, then save it to Enquiries.

What this is for

Whoever answers the phone should ask everything needed to quote the job. Take an enquiry gives a question sheet for each type of sign, with the customer's details at the top and artwork, timing and delivery at the bottom. Saving puts it in Enquiries to price and quote. The same sheets print blank on A4 for the counter or a site visit.
