Find your way around the sidebar, Search, ReAct and Help.
What this is for
Sign OS runs your whole shop — quoting, jobs, production, purchasing and invoicing — in one place. This quick tour shows you where everything lives so nothing feels hidden.
Step by step

The sidebar on the left is your main menu. The day-to-day items — Home, Quotes, Jobs, Invoicing, Approvals, Production, Customers and Outbound — are the everyday work. Purchasing, Catalogue and Settings hold the setup.

Use the Search anything… box near the top of the sidebar to jump straight to any quote, job, customer or setting by name. It is the fastest way to move around.

Just below Search is the Ask ReAct button — your AI assistant. Ask it a question in plain English any time you are unsure what to do.

At the bottom of the sidebar, open View to switch between light and dark and change your display, or use the Help button to open this Help centre again.

That is the whole app. Everything else is just doing the work inside these areas — and every task has a guide here in Help.
Tips & gotchas
- You only set the shop up once. After that, quoting and jobs take seconds.
- Stuck on any screen? Ask ReAct, or open Help and search for what you are trying to do.
